This Information Text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as KVKK) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Information Obligation, in the capacity of the data controller, by BEYBOLAT TARIM MAKİNALARI SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONYMOUS ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as BOLAT) to inform real persons whose personal data is processed (hereinafter referred to as the Relevant Person) regarding the processing of their personal data.
1. Data Controller Information
Within the scope of the KVKK and other relevant legislation, your personal data may be processed by BOLAT as the data controller defined in the KVKK for the purposes and legal reasons specified below.

2. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK. Your personal data;
- Your personal data is used to ensure the security of BOLAT, our employees and visitors,
- To prove that it has carried out legal transactions and fulfilled its legal obligations in the event of disputes that may arise in the future and to ensure the resolution of disputes,
- To ensure that authorized institutions and organizations are informed or audited due to obligations arising from the law, and to ensure the performance of work and transactions, limited to the request,
- To carry out the necessary work by BOLAT so that our activities can be carried out in accordance with legal regulations,
- To establish, execute contracts or establish, plan and execute connections with our customers and to perform post-contract services,
- To plan and execute activities for external service, consultancy or training,
- BOLAT, BOLAT employees, BOLAT's business relationship to ensure the legal, financial, technical and commercial occupational safety of the real or legal persons and visitors involved and to ensure physical security,
- Human resources, conducting recruitment interview processes, creating and storing personnel files, conducting personnel evaluation,
- Providing feedback to visitors in case our website is visited,
- Planning and executing social responsibility activities,
- To fulfill our other obligations determined by the legislation.
3. Collection Method and Legal Reason of Personal Data
Your personal data is collected and stored by real or legal persons authorized to process data on behalf of BOLAT with your explicit consent or within the scope of the personal data processing conditions stipulated in the law. In order to fulfill the purpose specified in paragraph (b) of this disclosure text, it will be obtained electronically without the need for your explicit consent, based on the legal reason stated in Article 5/c of the KVKK, “It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations” and “Processing data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person” stated in Article 5/f of the KVKK.
4. Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with the relevant public institutions and organizations, limited to the purpose of the request, if requested within the scope of fulfilling legal obligations. Your personal data will be shared with the following parties within the scope of the purposes specified in paragraph (b) of this disclosure text, taking into account Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:
- With banks and relevant public and private law entities for the provision of social and financial rights of BOLAT employees,
- With companies from which we receive services for BOLAT's internal training, social and cultural events, fairs, etc. programs,
- With relevant security companies, public institutions and organizations for the purpose of ensuring security,
- With the limited work carried out for the realization of BOLAT's commercial activities
