Beybolat Zirai Makine, which produces agricultural machinery, aims to use local parts instead of imported parts in these machines. Making investments for this purpose, Beybolat will manufacture some of the parts it imports.
Beybolat Zirai Makine, which manufactures agricultural machinery, mainly hoeing machines, plans to increase the percentage of Turkish in its products with the production line investment it plans to realize this year. Explaining that they have carried out the assembly of the parts that they brought mainly from abroad until today, Beybolat Agricultural Machinery Company Partner Can Beybolat stated that they are planning to produce some parts of the machines within their own structure with their new investments.
Expressing that they have been producing agricultural tools and machines since 1962, Can Beybolat said that they sell agricultural machines under the Bolat brand, milking machines with the Sarıkız brand, pesticides and scythe engines under the Kawashima brand. Stating that they produce in a total area of 8 thousand square meters, 4 thousand of which is closed, and that they have an expansion area of 17 thousand square meters, Beybolat stated that they have an annual production capacity of 7 thousand pieces. Explaining that they are continuing their work with 25 people, Beybolat noted that they have over 100 dealers across Turkey and that their goal is to reach 200 by the end of the year. Mentioning that they are distributors of Greaves, Kawashima and Hesheng brand machines as well as their own brands, Beybolat stated that they periodically visit their dealers all over Turkey. The goal is 50 percent growth
Noting that they have strengthened the management staff within the factory, Can Beybolat said that they believe that they will achieve 50 percent growth at the end of the year with the weight they give to new productions and marketing. Explaining that they will focus on the production of anchors and milking machines in their production lines, Beybolat also said that they will continue their promotional activities by increasing their participation in agricultural fairs throughout Turkey this year.
Mentioning that they plan to increase their production capacity by approximately 50 percent with the renewal of the production line this year, as well as establish an R&D center, Can Beybolat explained that they want to conduct tests for the development of their products in this center and that they will measure the technical properties of their products such as strength and vibration. Explaining that they want to open up abroad after this investment, Can Beybolat explained that their target markets are Turkic Republics, neighboring countries, African countries and the Balkans. Pointing out that they will make a total investment of more than 1 million TL in both the production line and the R&D center, Beybolat stated that they will provide additional employment for 10 people.
Increasing interest in small machines
Explaining that the company will focus on the sale of small and powerful agricultural machines this year, Can Beybolat stated that the demand for hoeing machines with 6-7 horsepower has increased. Noting that 52.2 percent of the agricultural land in the country consists of small pieces of land, Beybolat said that processing these lands with tractors other than small powerful agricultural machines increases the costs above all. Noting that processing these lands with traditional methods causes loss of yield, Beybolat said:
"It is aimed to develop small and powerful agricultural machines by adding technological innovative features that increase safety, efficiency, ease of use and save costs. These machines are important because they are supported within the scope of Rural Development Project Incentives.
Expressing that these machines are new in Turkey and the demand has not been satisfied, Can Beybolat said, "On the one hand, the incentive system applied, on the other hand, the small-scale agricultural land can be processed profitably with these less costly tools will further develop the strong demand structure. We are of the opinion, "he said.
Emphasizing that portable sprayers also attract great interest, Beybolat noted that these Kawashima brand products with a Japanese engine are the only ones in Turkey, and that they are highly preferred due to their ease of use and savings in spraying. « Back to Press Room
