BOLAT is among the 100 fastest growing companies
Mersin-based Beybolat Agricultural Machinery Industry and Trade Inc. ranked 89th on the list of "Turkey's 100 Fastest Growing Companies," a list compiled under the leadership of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in collaboration with TEPAV and TOBB ETÜ, with 630 percent growth.
Beybolat Agricultural Machinery Board Member Can Beybolat made a statement regarding their growth strategies.
“It is a great honor for us to be included on such a prestigious list. Since our journey began in 1961, we have always focused on production, quality, and the needs of our farmers. Seeing the fruits of our labor at this point today is a source of pride for both our team and Mersin.”
They quickly developed a product and began the supply process. Can Beybolat stated that the growth achieved between 2021 and 2023 was driven by the increasing demand for agricultural machinery, and that the importance of machinery increased as people moved from urban living to rural areas.
We identified consumer needs and strived to produce products that provide ease of use for farmers. We took into account every request and suggestion from the field, end-users, service providers, and dealers. Our R&D team implemented all these requests one by one, and we monitored all after-sales processes for each product. Over time, we reached this point by earning the trust of farmers through the establishment of over 700 dealers and service points across all 81 provinces.
Stability in production since 1961. Can Beybolat stated that the company's foundations were laid in 1961 by their father, Halit Bey, in the hardware trade. Later, they began their journey with the purchase and sale of agricultural machinery, and today, they produce more than 90% of their products in their own facilities.
“Since the 2000s, we have focused on the production process. We launched our first production efforts between 2005 and 2010, and over time, we completely abandoned trade and focused on production. Today, we produce more than 90% of our products in our own facilities. This year, we aim for steady growth in both sales and exports. Increasing turnover and expanding our product range are among our priorities. For 2026, we plan to increase the share of exports in our total sales and expand into new markets.” He explained.
Market share increased ninefold. Can Beybolat concluded his remarks as follows:
“Our main product is the tiller. We operate in two segments in this field. The large-scale tiller market We are among the leaders. In small-scale farming, we rank second or third in Turkey. Our market share was around 2 percent in 2020, and we increased it to 18 percent in 2024 and aim to exceed 20 percent in 2025. We currently have over 600 dealers and 750 service points, and we are actively operating in all 81 provinces of Turkey. We also employ 150 people.
